We went shopping for new work pants this weekend and I bought some Dockers. Now I must say that my sole reason for buying Dockers is their advertising. That said, they are actually Nice Pants.

The telling thing about a pair of good pants is the zipper. Cheap pants have bad zippers, they jam, stick, don’t move smoothly. A good zipper, to me, equals quality.

My Dockers? Great zipper.

As hard as I try, it’s impossible for me not to become political during a presidential election year.

What does everyone think of the candidates? I’m not very excited about Obama and really don’t like the McCain campaign.

I was and still am a Hillary supporter. Biden did nothing for me, I don’t know what I was supposed to think about him being selected… I was really hoping Obama would chose Hillary for his running mate. I gave McCain about two seconds of consideration when he added Palin to his ticket. I truly think having a female voice in the White House would be a Good Thing™.

Realistically I will vote straight down the line Democrat as I always do.

Realistically I think McCain is going to win no matter when Obama does.

Realistically I am pretty jaded and apathetic about the whole thing.
