I’m trying to cut back on my caffeine intake. This morning instead of my regular cups of coffee (one small cup when I get up and a to-go cup on my way to work) I had the same amount but in the form of black tea.
By the time I got to work my head was pounding and I felt like vomiting. At work I drank a small cup (6 oz at most) of coffee and immediately felt better. Blah.

I was like you 3 years ago, i had to take coffee all the time because of early class, but i did manage to aviod coffee in the morning now, but took me 1 month to get use to all the headaches

I have the same thing… I also feel extremely tired when I don’t drink some coffee.
Cafeine is truly the most socially acceptable drug… but it is a real drug, with a real addiction.
