A man walks into a fishmongers with a haddock under his arm.
“Do you sell fishcakes,” he asks.
“Of course we do,” says the fishmonger.
“We wouldn’t be proper fishmongers if we didn’t.”
The man grins with glee and says, “Oh good, it’s his birthday!”
