Sitting stationary for 11 hours a day has begun taking its toll. My upper back/neck has been hurting me a lot lately, while working and driving home.
Any suggestions on how to improve my work environment to stop this pain?

I wish that was an option, I have to sit in this same chair all day and it is KILLING my shoulder blade. Causes a sharp pinch pain all the time.

I think this is the right time to change your chair and look for those chair which will be good for your back.
Appoint a physiotherapist for few days and do exercise in his/her guidance. I am sure this is going to help you a lot.

I think all internet marketers or computer professionals have similar problems. I had the same. 6 Km or 1 hour walk per day is the solution for me and I do it regularly.
